Dr Alexandra Pruce

Dr Alexandra Pruce – GP

Med School/University – Birmingham University.

Qualifications and date achieved – MBChB 2009, CCT MRCGP 2014, GP VTS Trainer 2021.

Career to date – Started as a salary GP in Birmingham, then moved to Worcestershire and started as a salary GP here in 2019. Then became partner 2021.

Clinical interests/Specialisms – Training, IT, palliative care, DM, COPD and Asthma.

Dr Paul Williams

Dr Paul Williams – GP

Med School/University – Birmingham University.

Qualifications and date achieved – MB ChB DRCOG MRCGP.

Career to date – Qualified Birmingham Medical school 1992. House Jobs at City hospital and Queen Elizabeth hospital. GP vocational training in Wyre Forest from 1993 until 1996. Partner at Church street Practice from 1997 and still going!

Clinical interests/specialisms – Mental Health, Treatment of Drug and Alcohol Problems. Atrial Fibrillation and Anticoagulation. Final year medical student teaching.

Dr Khatim Niwa

Dr Khatim Niwa – GP

Med School/University – Kings college London.

Qualifications and date achieved – Bsc (hons)  1993  , MBBS 1998   DRCOG  MRCGP2002. Diploma dermatology  2013.

Career to date – Kings college London medical house officer gastro and care of the elderly. Greenwich district hospital surgical house officer urology and gastroenterology. North Middlesex hospital London. Medical senior house officer gastroenterology 6/12, care of the elderly 6/12. Worcester Royal : AE . paediatrics, obs and gynaecology. Church street surgery: gp registrar, salaried church street surgery, partner church street.

Clinical interests/specialism – Interest substance misuse, Dermatology, Women’s health.

Dr Aditi Pandit

Dr Aditi Pandit – GP

Med School/University – University of Mumbai.

Qualifications and date achieved – MBBS, MRCGP, DRCOG, DFFP.

Career to date – I joined the South Birmingham GP VTS rotation 2005- 2008  . After qualifying as GP I Worked as  Salaried and Locum GP in south Birmingham and Dudley from 2008-2017 before joining Church street and became a partner in 2019.

Clinical interests/specialisms – Family planning Coils and Implants insertion, Women’s health  – Menopause, Mental health, Safeguarding children and Adults , Final year clinical tutor.

Career to date – After completing my medical degree in Nottingham, I did various hospital jobs in Nottingham, Lincoln & Dudley. After completing my GP training I worked in Smethwick as a salaried GP for 10 years, before moving to Church Street Surgery in 2017 to become a GP partner.

Clinical interests/Specialisms – Diabetes, Women’s Health, Migrant Health, Long Covid, Education.

Dr Neelima Morton

Dr Neelima Morton – GP

Qualifications and date achieved – MB ChB MRCGP DFSRH Warwick 2008.

Career to date – I did my GP training in North Worcestershire, including  Church Street Surgery. I then started as a salaried GP at Church Street in 2013 after completing my training.

Clinical interest/Specialisms – Women’s health, contraception including coil and implant insertions.

Qualifications and date achieved – MBBS1992. MRCGP 1999, FRCGP 2017, PG certificates in Med Ed 2010 and Substance Misuse 2015.

Career to date – GP since 1998, GP partner in SE London until Nov 2021, GP retainer from 2024. Training Program Director for Guys and St Thomas Hospital since 2012 to date. GP Appraiser – Midlands region.

Jo Turner

Qualifications and date achieved – Rn dip He – 2000, Independent Nurse Prescriber *V300)- 2013, Advanced Health Assessment level 7 – 2018.

Career to date – 2000,  Trauma orthopaedics – 2002, Site Co-ordinator and Discharge Manager – 2006 , Anticoagulant Sister – 2010,  Care Home Nurse Practitioner – 2016,  ACP at Church Street Surgery – 2019 to date.

Clinical interests/Specialisms – Palliative Care, undertook a course on Palliative, Chronic complex and end of life care in the community a Cambridge University in 2017, Cardiology and Diabetes.

Nicola Mannion

Niki Mannion – Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Med School/University – Worcester University & Wolverhampton University.

Qualifications and date achieved – Sept 1995: Dip HE adult nursing. Sept 2004: Emergency Nurse Practitioner Dip. June 2021: Emergency Practitioner Degree.

Career to date – After qualifying in 1995, I worked in the ED in Redditch for 15 years. I then moved to the MIU at Kidderminster where I worked for 8 years. I have been at Church Street Surgery for nearly 4 years now. I will be undertaking the non-medial prescribing course in September 23.

Clinical interests/Specialisms – include minor injuries and minor illnesses. MSK problems. I am also able to request x-rays.
