Healthy Heart
Who Should Attend?
Those who have or have had angina, a myocardial infarct (heart attack), an angioplasty, TIA, Stroke or peripheral vascular disease (intermittent claudication).
Why Should I Attend?
Because by improving risk factors, we can reduce your chance of having further problems e.g. preventing another heart attack or stroke.
Is It Really Worth It?
Yes, if all our patients who should attend DID attend, we could prevent several strokes, heart attacks and deaths each year.
What Happens At The Clinic?

Then What?
You will be asked to see your doctor two weeks later to discuss the results.

I Already Attend The Hypertension or Diabetic Clinic, Do I Really Need To Come To This Clinic As Well?
